Cryotherapy or Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC), is a process first utilized in Japan in 1978 where the body is exposed to ultra-low temperatures that range between -200°F and -256 °F as an alternative to ice packs and ice baths.
Clients who have undergone our Whole-Body Cryotherapy say they experience a multitude of benefits, including "feeling rejuvenated", “a feeling of wellbeing” “improvement in athletic performance” and having more energy”
LED/NEAR INFRARED
RED LIGHT THERAPY
(633 + 850 nm)
Photobiomodulation at 633+850nm
The basic premise is that long wavelength lights stimulate cellular energy metabolism and energy production. Near-infrared (NIR) light therapy is similar to red light therapy, except infrared energy is invisible, and it reaches even deeper into the body — into soft tissues, muscles, joints, and bone.
Three major photoacceptor molecules in mammalian tissues are known to absorb light in the NIR range: hemoglobin, myoglobin, and cytochrome c oxidase. Of the three, cytochrome c oxidase may be the most important mechanism of photobiomodulation (or low level laser therapy, LLLT) and is associated with improved cellular energy (ATP) production.
How does it work?
-
Increases Mitochondrial Energy Production
-
Builds up Cellular Antioxidant +Antiinflammatory Function.
What does that do?
-
Reduces wrinkles and other signs of skin aging.
-
Increases collagen production by more than 30%.
-
Treats inflammatory skin conditions.
-
Burns off fat & enhances muscles gain.
-
Treats joint & muscle pain.
-
Speeds up wound healing.
How to use
-
Peak efficacy is reached at 8-15 minutes. (Less or more time will decrease efficacy)
-
Optimal frequency is 3-7 times per week.
-
We recommend protective goggles.
